Product Refunds
DOEFP Limited will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling
price, within 30 days of the purchase if our product supplied to the
customer is not satisfactory. Goods must be returned in a saleable
condition and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods, in
order to allocate a Returns Number (RN). We will not accept goods
without a Returns Number. We can be notified by e-mail
(returns@doefp.com) or by telephone.

Product Shipping
DOEFP Limited despatches goods via registered parcel post (An Post)
within Ireland and courier within the destination country. Please note that
pricing is totally dependent on weight. All items are fully insured and
trackable. An Post can take from 2 to 7 days to deliver within Europe. If
you require a more urgent delivery then please contact us for a price
quote.

We cannot deliver to a specific person at a location, so if you personally
will not be at the delivery address, please ensure that someone at the
address is aware of the delivery and will ensure that you receive it.
